For 40 years, John A.Vos has been practicing Bankruptcy Law. He has authored a chapter in a legal resource for other attorneys called Matthew Bender, has been a guest speaker on KGO Radio and is often invited to participate as the go-to legal authority at many seminars and clinics about bankruptcy. He is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
Mr. Vos usually represents debtors, but does on occasion represent creditors as well, so he understands the interests of all parties to the process.
